Healthy Eating Group
H.E.L.P. (Healthy Eating Losing Pounds) is a group of members who gather weekly to encourage one another to eat healthily and keep moving. Discussions include barriers to losing weight, how to avoid stressors and menu substitutions.
This is a no pressure group where humor abounds and mutual support is the most important topic.
All are welcome to attend. Group members meet each Tuesday from 9am to 10am.
